Construction:        Cabinet, frame and stand made of type 304 stainless steel.  Product contact

  surfaces of piping and valves made of type 304 stainless steel and finished to

  a #4 satin polish minimum.  Turbine flow meter made of type 316 and type

  17/4PH stainless steel.  Product contact gaskets & seals made of Buna-N and

  Viton.

Controls:               Industrial duty controls are used throughout.  Machine logic and operator

      interface are field proven Allen-Bradley products.

Specifications:    Electrical requirements - 120VAC, 50/60 Hz, 5 Amperes.

                             Compressed air supply -  60 PSIG at .2 Cubic Feet Free Air per Cycle

                             Dry cycle time - (uncap to recap) approximately 2.5 seconds

                             Fill capacity - 1 gallon to 25 gallons in approximate .2 oz increments

                             Accuracy - dependent on product, product supply, air supply and other variables

                             Filling speed - Minimum 10 GPM to Maximum 70 GPM.
